SOUTHEAST REDEVELOPMENT AREA   The City of Bakersfield has established a Redevelopment Area in the Southeast area of the City. The Redevelopment Area is comprised of approximately 4,619 acres. It includes the city's portion of the existing Southeast Bakersfield Enterprise Zone and extends west to "H" Street and south along the Union Avenue corridor.
